Burisma Holdings Board of Directors Announces 2015 Growth and Expansion Plans

The Board of Directors of Ukraine’s leading independent gas producer, Burisma Holdings, has reported interim 2014 investment program results and defined key priorities for 2015. The Company performed all on-site exploration works and increased natural gas production, drilling 21 wells, 18 of which became operational in 2014. Thus, gas production volumes increased by 50% – from 452 million m3 in 2013, to 692 million m3 in 2014. “Last year was successful largely due to our ongoing modernization program and first-class well equipment. At this point, our goal is to ensure maximum well efficiency and reliability,” said non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors Alan Apter.

British Court unfreezes assets of Burisma Holdings (Principal Nikolay Zlochevskyi)

A UK Court in London, the Central Criminal Court, has discharged a freezing order against assets beneficially owned by Nikolay Zlochevskyi. The court considered evidence filed in respect of the activities of Mr Zlochevskyi from 2002 to 2014. In essence, the court held that the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO)’s evidence showed no reasonable cause to believe that Mr Zlochevskyi had benefited from criminal conduct.

Burisma Holdings, the largest independent gas producer in Ukraine reported preliminary results for the ten-month period, 2014, and set forth key 2015 priorities. In January-October, 2014, the total natural gas production amounted to 560 million cubic meters, which is 58% more compared to the same period last year. By the end of this year, Burisma Holdings is planning to produce more than 700 million cubic meters of natural gas. At year-end 2014, the Company invested around UAH 2 billion.

Burisma Holdings Takes Stock of H1 2014 Performance and adopts agenda for H2 2014

Burisma Holdings, the largest independent gas producer in Ukraine took stock of its performance in Q2 2014 and H1 2014. In 2014, the company increased hydrocarbon production by 91% compared to the same period last year, with production from January to June 2014 totaling 2.2 million BOE (incl. gas, condensate and oil). In H1 2014 Burisma’s production was at 73.4 % of total 2013 volume. Burisma currently plans on drilling 21 new wells in H2 2014, increasing total wells drilled to 65.
