The U.S. Atlantic Council held the Forum on Economy of Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects with support from the International Energy Group Burisma on May 15, 2017, in Kyiv, Ukraine. Politicians, representatives of Embassies, state officials, high-profile experts and business leaders addressed Ukraine’s current economic situation and most efficient instruments to secure country’ prosperous future.

“The Atlantic Council is grateful to all sponsors of its work. The Council is proud of the work it is doing on Ukraine – building support for Ukraine and promoting reform within the country. Without the support of its sponsors, this work would not be possible. So the Council’s June 15 conference on reform in Ukraine would not have taken place without the assistance of Burisma”, noted the Director of the Atlantic Council Dinu Patriciu Eurasia Center and the US Ambassador to Ukraine (2003-2006) John E. Herbst.

The Advisor to the Board of Directors at Burisma Group Vadym Pozharskyi focused on energy transition, the role of domestic investors and reforms required to achieve Ukraine’s energy independence.
